The video clearly states Amoled (Samsung) screen, not P-Oled as written in the article above...

Its hilarious because I always see people that use phone with cracked screen... Especialy iPhone and galaxy series. Never saw person with sony or lg with cracked screen, and if they always go to service to fix it

dukaki, 28 Oct 2015You can't have a shatter proof and a scratch proof glass at... moreApparently they just added a screen protector by design, so maybe its not scratch proof and that's what the screen protector does?

You can't have a shatter proof and a scratch proof glass at the same time. If you use some sort of plastic for the front panel then its going to get scratched very much real quick, but it will not break easily. If you have a phone from the good old days of 2005 you can remember how screens used to be.

What motorola has done here is very interesting indeed, but I want to see how clear and scratch resistant the screen is, and how much you can abuse it before it shatters.

And yeah, Samsung should stop using glass on the back of their high-end devices just because a few people told them they want "premium" material.

Looking forward to this shatterless technology to most devices.

Have you seen the video of a woman hitting a Nokia Lumia 920 repeatedly with a metal 16oz claw hammer, that has been placed on a concrete, step in the snow?. Even she is surprised. Lol

                                  Waiting for actual drop tests..

I actually quite like the advert, but may not be a hit because of how small Motorola is. If it was Apple, Samsung, or even lg or htc, you would probably see their market share go way up when it eventually comes out.

Motorola's latest phones are actually good, but they're not well known.

They just divided phones into the ones which shutter and those that wont. Congrats!
