If you are facing screen getting locked frequently automatically, then try uninstalling any app launcher installed other than default Trebuchet. It worked for me. Seems Trebuchet has some bug it do not allow any other Home screen to coexist.

Recently i updated my YUreka phone and now automatically screen is getting blank and taking 5 mint to restart and performance is also down.exchange offer its cost is 2300 rs ,i bought it in 9000rs .what a waiste

Yureka kit kat version was awsome but now in this new update of 5.1 lolipop and 12.1 cynogen this mobile just sucks.There are too many major bugs.The screen goes black and auto lock anytime.The wallpaper changes back to default. The phone restarts automatically whenever switching off the data.UI crashes. Whenever try to call contact crashes.And as always heating problem is there. This is not only my problem every yureka user is facing it whoever updated it to 12.1 virson.I wish they fixs every bugs and give us a new update.

I'm facing a lot of issues after update like system UI crashed message, black screen often, no difference in heating issue, sudden restart automatically. please suggest a way to go back to 12.0

After upgrading I am facing lots of challenges like Hang, Restart, blank screes, error messages etc.

Hey I have got a solution for this . Go to your device settings and then Privacy. Then go to privacy guard. There are three dots on upper right corner. CLICK ON THAT AND SELECT SHOW BUILT IN APPS. Now search for Google play services and hold on Google play services. Scroll downside and search for auto start and keep awake. Turn them off. But keep sure that (keep awake ) is enabled.

Yogi, 28 Jan 2016Hi, my phone getting auto lock and screen is gng blank too ... moreThere is problem with some of the apps which causses these autolock problem in my device face book app and messenger app.
After i uninstalled these wo apps my probem is solved no more autolock and changing wallpaper to default. U can reinstall these apps.
