The Surface Pro and the iPad Pro, while having very basic superficial similarities, are actually very different products, for very different consumers.

Thing is, these are luxury items - clearly NOT for people are looking for the best performance-per-dollar ratios, of for people who don't have the money (duh). There are a thousand other products that can give you that. You don't buy a Ferrari because it has a high fuel economy, right? It's the same story here.
Surface and iPad have both gone a very long way since their respective predecessors came out. Both have become very good machines in their own way - neither will disappoint (you're paying top money - you deserve only top quality).

Have already checked out the Microsoft surface pro 4. Honestly was not impressed. It may be a performance tablet but it's appearance was nothing to be desired. Also when it comes to photos the screen won't totally fill up because icons will always be visible on the bottom. Now I do like the red keyboard that's nice. Now just think the iPad pro will have appearance , the ability to operate 2 apps at one time , and outstanding Retina display. It's a laptop and a entertainment tablet wrapped up in one. It's going to be a game changer.

Another winner for Apple, doing things their way as usual and laughing all the way to the bank. One surely must have some sympathy for their distractors here,all that hatred dosen't make the slightest bit of difference.
