Lol. HTC often skips updates, M8 for example still runs 5.0.2 and the fact that it got delayed also speaks for itself.
Nexus 7 (2013) actually runs the latest 6.0 with regular security updates and it's more that 2 years. Straight outta Google, that's why. Vanilla Android for you

HTC One Max was released in 2013 and HTC promised 2 year android upgrades which is essentially over. I think no one updates a 2 year old phone and even google. My Nexus 7 (2013) is not receiving Marshmallow because its 2 years old. But the question is whether the HTC One M7 or Max are outdated? No, they still great with Lollipop/Kitkat

That was expectable. To be honest, I think maximum price for this iPhone replica is somewhere around 300 Euro max. considering that HTC is well known and quite respectable brand. If it was some new Chinese manufacturer, fair price tag would be around 200 Euro.

You can buy a more powerfull and pretty LG G4 with less money than that average A9 (iphone replica), or you can buy the pretty powerfull Galaxy S6 Edge for same money . HTC nail it with the new pricetags . I would buy Apple instead .
