correction for my previous comment:
I meant build quality is sometimes better than some of the companies I mentioned.
Just wondering, if Huawei is not doing well, why Google will agree to contract them to make a the Nexus 6P???

For those people who speaks negatively about Huawei just because they do not know the name, here are some points:
-Huawei was the eastern largest company for the telecommunication infrastructures since long time and even before its smartphone business.
-Annual income of Huawei surpassed Siemens in telecommunication infrastructure (I hope you know Siemens)
-Most of the modules for receiving cellular data in a laptops (USB) were made be Huawei.
-the build quality of Huawei phones are very good (comes after Apple, Samsung, Sony and LG) and recently surpassed most of them in addition to its better price offering.
-the user interface (emotion UI) has improved drastically and is very user friendly
-I remember that 6 years ago I had a mobile phone mad by Huawei (similar to nokia 225) and it was well built, many time I dropped it and once in fresh water, still functioning till now (but the battery now drains fast)
I have experience with Mate7, G7, honor 4c and Honor 3c. the first two are very good and the alter two are good but the battery is draining fast especially the 4C

I don't know why some people are so negative about Huawei. May be they are jealous about the fact it's emerging as one of the biggest around the block. My first android device was a Huawei. I witnessed the rising from the ashes. Its amazing how it gradually has come to this position. Wish great luck for Huawei :) (Emotions Apart) Kirin is not the best around mainly for its gpu but it is keeping up the pace (latest kirin 950). Huawei should definitely bring some devices with helio X10

No matter what they do have or don't have,they simply don't care.Bashing addicts,please use one of the recent Huawei devices and then speak.
Kirin is way more powerful than your benchmark's suggestion.
It may not be able to dethrone Exynos but it's a very powerful chip nonetheless.
I am a Huawei fan.

I don't mind the UI tbh. It works, clean, iOS-ish but that's to be expected. Build of their phones are getting better, P8 is fantastic. Software updates are more timely than others. You buy for the specs but really if you want something that just works and priced appropriately then Huawei is the way.
