my moto G3 switched off on its own and i thought it is because of low battery but the moment i switched it on, it iasked me which language and followed by terms nd their acceptance and asked for gmail login. i logged in and even then it is not functional. please help. all this while it i displaying that unfortunately tis/thst service has stopped.

Sridhar, 17 Sep 2017Moto Gp (3rd gen) incoming calls not received for the past ... moreJust fixed the issue with Moto g3 - Not receiving any incoming call and no notification.
Steps Followed:
- Ensure you have full back up, as you are heading towards factory data reset
- Press Power key + Volume down key-> navigate to recovery mode and press power button
- If no option ->command not found comes up then only go to next step
- At same location-> Press Power button for 3 seconds and on 3rd second->Press Volume UP button (This is little tricky)
- You will get full Android recovery menu
- Then navigate to factory data reset->Choose option->factory data reset with all personal data clean up->Press power button
- Once it gets clean up-> it will automatically goto restart the phone->Press power button
Once it fully power up back->Do language settings-> and then put back your google account in order to receive your data back

I see all these issues, is anything being done about them? I have issues connecting my Moto G3 to my laptop and I have call and text issues, all since installing Marshmallow a week ago. Ive been on Youtube and tried all the fix its but nothings working, is there going to be a patch to fix all these issues??????????????

After receiving the marshmallow update the phone home button and notification slider stopped working.....even a factory reset was greyed out.....only resolution was to hard reset it and that worked for the phone to work normally again.....FYI- please save your data beofre a reset.
