Love how all these guys magically know more than all the psychology and marketing staff from all manufacturers, specially from the ones that sell the more, and then come claiming on every single phone that is released/leaked "X company is going down", "think it over, X company", "What is X company thinking, this is ridiculous, they will sell nothing", etc

LOLAnother troll... a really big number of companies have added plus at the end of the products they want to sell the more (specially when the product is something they try to convince people that they need it when in reality it's just a luxury). If we go for that note, apple has copied hundreds of company just with that name.

considering the price cuts for S6 and S6 edge ( no questions about S6 reception which samsung themselves acknowledged ) , i am sure s6 edge is also facing troubles in selling..

AnonD-364786, 31 Dec 2015cant guess the sales until the quarterly results are out ..... moreMaybe they did overestimate who knows, I wouldn't be surprised since these kinds of innovative phones were unique and only tech enthusiasts and people who wanted a different phone that distinguished itself from the crowd of carbon copies bought it. But now more consumers are showing interest and buying them and Samsung has shown that they're sticking with this for the foreseeable future they just have to find some better ways of utilizing it. Bigger screen is more beneficial for Edge displays because it can show more content and options to act upon on its dual Edge screens, even if you don't use it or find it to be of much use.

The Edge displays are terrible for video watching. They cut off the top and bottom of the image. They serve no practical purpose, so are pure gimmick. Everyone I know who has one can only defend them as being "cool." I'm glad they all have the option to choose a flat screen.

samsung will sacrifice its leg to create hype like 20 million pre-orders for S6 and in the end they tried covering its mess by saying that they misunderstood the demand for S6 edge during quarterly results
(massive price cuts for S6 edge soon proved that samsung is trying to save its face )..
hard to understand the samsung style of usefulness for edge display

I agree........I hope they bring back the option of the removable battery. I have the S5 now and like that I don't have to worry about my phone dying b/c I have another. The removable Micro SD card is a good idea. I seems as though Samsung tried to copy iPhone too much. Bring back the removable battery and memory card.
