Meanwhile I bought the Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE for $50.09 it was like half off. Great phone really! And yes I notice the HERE Map app is there too.

In México the cost is around 175 usd in Walmart. Nice phone.

I had the impression that this is the most vfm phablet, faster than any android of its price range. I was thinking to get one and use it exclusively as a gps and media device on my car. Peter what are you meaning with the here naps issue; are you talking about this device, or another wmp?

it is also for $249 CAD ( = $180 USD ) in Canada. It is discounted from $339 CAD ( = 245 USD ) with free shipping and free returns. It does show as in stock at Microsoft CA Store.
On side note:
The "HERE Drive" is no longer available to download on my Windows Phone ( which is needed for navigation ) . The HERE maps are still there but not very useful without navigation. One can use Waze as an alternative ( not my pick for a windows phone )
That takes away big selling point of Windows Phone especially since HERE Drive now exists for Android platform and is decent there...
