FAKE NEWS..WMpoweruser confirmed that no updates are out yet...there is no official word from Microsoft either about such rollout...Windows 10 is not yet ready for mobile...but it will be ready SOON™

Question here; I have a Lumia 640 dual SIM. Win10 for 640s have started to roll out here in Europe, but only for the 4G version... Does that mean that ONLY the 4G version will get the update?

Things I expect from these features are coming and issues are going off in this build version wp10.
1. No decrease in battery life
2. Compete file manager like in Symbian
3. Built in audio & call recorder
4. No automatic booting issue.(my 730 running wp8.1 reboots on its own at least twice in a day. My phone is up to date)
5. Improved camera performance in low light
6. Separated videos from photos hub, otherwise at least separate videos section in photos hub
7. WhatsApp medias should get downloaded into separate WhatsApp folder in memory card or phone memory, not under photos folder(don't know who's fault it is WhatsApp or OS)
8. Downloading contents from email clients is one big headache. It doesn't download locally. (I'm talking about mail accounts that we add in email+ accounts settings)
9. Deleting numbers from random position in phone dialer. (now deleting whole number just because we dialed first number wrongly.)
10. In people hub ability to have more than 2 mobile numbers option home, phone, work. Like mobile 1, mobile 2, mobile 3.......
11. Ability turn on hotspot without turning on data. ( can not use share it easily now)
12. Call log is somewhat tricky. In Recent list just a tap will directly call the contact. This is prone to more accidental calls. It is better if it lists all the call history with that contact.
13. Separated recent list in single phone tile
14. Pause in video recording
15. Expecting built-in easy panorama mode in camera (Lumia panorama is difficult way to create the one)
16. .gif support in photos hub
17. Prev/next option for music/video player and photo viewer in files app
18. Music Player controls on live tiles with album logo
19. All app closes on hitting back button. Facebook, calendar, messenger, Skype, files do not close if we hit back button. We need to close it in multi tasking view
20. Ability to send contracts as text message. As of now if we attach contact to a text message it gets converted into media message.
21. support for external subtitle file, all video codecs, any format in video player
22. Ability to delete temp files from storage sense
23. Cortana should speak Indian English accent
24. Need stable internet connection. Internet explorer doesn't load page if connection is slow. In 2g most of the pages doesn't open.
25. UC browser like download options
26. Saving web pages for later reading purpose
27. In storage sense app, you will find some mb/gb of other data in both phone and external memory. It says "these are file types we don't recognize that doesn't fit in with the rest. You can try connecting your phone to your PC and managing them there." But you will never find anything when you connect to PC. At least storage sense app should have listed those others files and let the users delete it directly from the app. I have 1.54gb of maps data but I cannot move them to SD card.
28. Faster response from tap and hold event.
29. Faster booting
30. Ability to charge the phone when it is switched off. Phone turns on automatically when you connect charger.
Found welcome changes in WP 10. But I think not all of the above mentioned features are coming to new OS and even issues haven't been solved. Thinking of buying 850/750 if these things are fixed.. Otherwise continuing with 730 or moving to android for first time. Hope MS won't disappoint it's users.

This is just boring. You have to wait by regions and different models. They should release it on the same day worldwide and for all smartphone models. I really don't like the way they handle updates.
