What do you mean can get into problem? lol you can't install wrong zip on your phone. Also there is no risk to lose anything just gives extra features to get more into system. People will not root if they don't know what it is. If they will root, then they know what it is. You can't "accidently root" your phone lol.

ok so every comment here is about iphone and android.. what does it have to do with the case google is facing.. google is before android and so it coinfuses me why you people be racist about the two phone... i am pretty sure that most iphone users like it because it shows better games and its flashy and becuase its expensive so they like to show and most android users like it because its easier to manouver and its easier to customer and also you can get so much more.. but at the same who are you all to be pointing finger if you dont like iphone thats your choice. if you dont like android thats your choice.. you all have choice you to pick what fits you best on the other hand what google is facing has nothing to do with your like or dislikes or whos best or not best if they are make so much in revenue and its illegal then they are wrong if its part of a contract then leave it alone.. if google didnt want certain documents to be revealed they should have kept it a safe box.. but now that its out try to do whats best for android user and for the well being of a contract and operating system

Google's main revenue is advertising. Unless you buy a Nexus, Google doesn't care about your OS version. They get your info and browsing habits, that's all they care.
The rest of OEMs, they make money from selling phones, not updating old ones. If you want updated OS, you buy new phone.
This is why it makes no sense to spend $500, let alone $1000 for an Android phone. $200-$300 is enough, $400 tops.
