I have updated the 5.0 to 5.1 but my build number is different. Instead of 30.1.B.1.33 it is 30.1.B.1.46. What does it mean?

But since you asked, yes, there is a difference between 5.1 and 5.0. 5.1 has improvents in the notification priority system, VoLTE, native support for dual SIM, and faster performance. Which is why Motorola skipped 5.0 and went to 5.1 for some of their phones.

Only bug fixes and native WiFi calling support. Sheesh. You have a problem in understanding English. I never told 5.1 and 5.1.1 is same.

No, first gen Moto X is not fully patched for stagefright. Because I have one. It's only patched for some of the bugs, not all of them (there are more stagefright related bugs discovered, not just one single bug).

Something innovative? Something which the user will notice? I've used 5.1 and 5.1.1 phones and never noticed a difference.
If you really want to get updates fast, you better get a more expensive Z series phone.

The screen shot posted by gsma clearly shows that the 5.1 update for M5 fully patches stage fright, with January 1 2016 android security patch.
My mid range moto g LTE is also fully patched, 5.1, December 2015 android security patch.
And moto x 1st gen already started getting the patch since long https://forums.motorola.com/posts/c10a748149

HTC One M7, 5.0.2, fully patched. HTC is the exception. How many OEMs are patching their non-flagship devices? Can you guarantee Sony is doing it for the M5? (They fully patch the Z series though).

As I said earlier stage fright patch does not depend on the version of lollipop your phone has. You seriously thought 5.1.1 came built in with stage fright patch? I don't think so.

My 1st gen moto g LTE just got a update few days back, still on 5.1, but a new option 'android security patch level'is shown in about phone. And I checked with stage fright detector, not vulnerable anymore.
