I think the big issue for this company is fixing all their IPR issues before they launch in a country with real laws regarding IPR.

    The only thing that I had from Xiaomi was an IP camera that I returned immediately! Horrible quality product !

        I think that US MOBILE SHOUT STOP selling their devices, I mean they are making theyr company ( xioami) to grow up its likemarketing without payment, and these fools are complaining for us mobile selling theyr silly devices they are so stupid In my opinion

              Well if they're giving warranty and support I don't give a mouse's teeny little cheeks if they are 'authorised' or not. Just means that their prices will be a bit higher but in the end you're getting a proper warranty for your new device.

                  Xiaomi probably wants its devices to be fine-tuned and ready for the US market in order to make a big impression when they decide to launch there.
                  That would explain why they are not so happy with the idea.

                        The stupid return policy and unethical us consumer make us isnt a good region to sell mobile device . Customers literally return device for reason such as the device screen break by itself when its clearly the device is drop on road .
