yeap, this is HTC product, but is for Google; will be a Nexus phone; Google chosen HTC this year for his products, this is the reason for no logo on front panel

Remember, this leak is from Evleaks, who was totally wrong last year with his m9 leaks. He had photos then too which were very, very wrong. Nothing to see here.. move along.

Let me get this straight.. HTC had only one thing to brag about, their unique stereo boomsound speakers. They were much better than the competition and it was the only ace that HTC had to play. Their camera didn't impress, their design become repetitive and M9 is the worse 810 phone. It overheats, it throttles and gets weak benchmark scores.

But HTC at least had awesome sound to even the things, and now they remove one speaker, bring down the mp to iphone's mp, make an iphone design copy, and call it a day..

I'm sorry but when did HTC hired a 15 year old no brainer girl to replace their ceo?
HTC is falling apart, and all they do is making it worse?!

I have a feeling that this is probably NOT a HTC phone, fake rumor.

M10 can be a monster if they use the specs mentioned lately with a fresh modern design. iPhone clones are not so attractive to many of us.

I miss the days when the only problems for HTC were logo and average camera.

I watched Pocketnow's after the buzz video for the M8, and that beauty was a killer back then

I had the most horrible experience with HTC Italy assistance for my HTC One. It was covered by warranty, because the problem was the famous pink camera issue. So I sent it, they made me wait one month and a half... and then they have changed their mind. Any attempt to reason has been incredibly useless. I was speechless.
They wanted me to pay 240 euros to fix the pink camera issue! I put the phone into a box and bought a phone of another brand. Will never buy an HTC ever again.

Btw, really HTC must release the One X9 globally to their rescue.
I see overwhelmingly negative responses to this rumored BoomSound removal.

Might as well take any HTC logo off the phone and replace it with Samsung or Iphone... The dual front speakers gone, original design is gone... disappointing. M& best phone I ever had and I passed on getting the M9 to go with this phone, and I'm super disappointed. Specs are great, but the no dual front speakers makes the phone just like everyone else. Sad day

Really I dont need Boomsound speakers. HTC must give a better battery and SUPER AMOLED screen like Samsung phone.

What is HTC doin!!! Keep the boomsound, keep the onscreen buttons! If you want a fingerprintscanner, put it on the back. Dont use is as a homebutton too. I got the chance to use that on the iphone 6 and it has no added value. It was more annoying to press a button everytime u want to go back to the homescreen. I would stick with my M8 even if it has a crack in my camera.....

Anonymous, 06 Feb 2016guys anyone remember Iphone 3g/3gs..... !!!!???? Come on HT... moreI'd rather think they are aiming for a nostalgic design on this one. Probably, HTC is going back to era one, going back to square one, going back to basics, going back to roots (though this design does not stem from their roots nor branches and twigs), and going back to simplified or to the simplest of touchscreen smartphone design (not that it was their original or first smartphone design ever). Any of what was said could entail a nostalgic feeling or a particular feeling that would hark back to the familiar days for customers. This design would remind them of the early onset of the smartphone wave regardless of which this design originated from if one is to be objective about it

I went through all the different phone on the site to see if they took a pic of already existing phone. Non, but this is very close to MEIZU phone design and Apple but more meizu; down to the
-Side button layout, position and distance the power button is to the volume button,
-Finger print/home button, the size, deeps and shape, and
-The shape of the phone, to the metal side.

This makes me believe this could be a MEIZU phone. If not, I am truly disappointed in HTC design direction for the flag ship phone.

If this is the new design direction they are taking with their top tier phones then I think they are making a very big mistake. And I don't see myself buying one of this.

Going with this design will now make them lose their trade identity and now looks like every phone the market.

They should have kept the M range original design and have the A range different.

The unique design philosophy attributed to HTC since HD2, introduced in 2009, followed by One (2013) has been over and I am sad.

There is only Sony left which tries to opt out from this bOOring, typical design.

                                      RIP HTC.
