I don't believe the 850 will get released because as far as I know that was one of the Lumia's which was canceled. A Lumia 650 XL would make sense as said already that the 640 had two sizes as well.

Definitely the 650 XL. Just because it has a minor design difference with the 650 doesn't prove that it isn't the 6-series: the 950 and 950 XL would raise questions of their own as well since they have different camera and power/volume button layouts.
