49$ as of now,is a slap on us, who bought it at 220$ since today, and still prices in middle east India Pakistan are same, but all out of stock. Basically to promote 650 recently announced, no big difference. Let alone the announced policy of 640 getting windows 10 first, actually no signs of it know. I wud like to buy 2 sets please give me delivery. Even 950 xl is still buggy no updates given but with hold. Mismatch for Microsoft.

The 640 is an EXCELLENT device, especially for this price! The display nearly beats my GS5's, and it's as fast as it too. The camera could be better, but for $50 you literally cannot find anything better for the price.

I own both the Note 5 and Lumia 640 XL. I however find the Lumia to be better when typing messages and for productivity functions. Not forgetting the battery which I charge once every two days, and i run Microsoft Exchange, Gmail, Outlook, yahoo email, facebook, linkedin, watsapp, telegram and of course browsing internet. etc.
The only downside to the Lumia 640 is the small memory. Otherwsie it is a great phone! Windows is also simple to use and fast. For those wishing to try a cheap windows phone Ms 640 XL is the phone to go!

unbelieveable...It's actually quite sad. There are people giving positive reviews about the phone for 160€ still in 2016.
49 bucks sounds about right for the phone to be honest. You can get a pretty amazing phone for couple hundred today.

I'm Using Lumia 640...... Awesome Phone..... Good Battery Life...... U Can Off Applications...... Front Camera Like 3.2 MP Of Old Nokia Phone Which Is Even Better Than 5 MP Camera Of China Phones........Easily Short Cut For Ringtone And Media Volume..... Call Clarity Very Good...... Go For It :)
