its a shame to witness such well spoken and smart ppl grind each other over companies that stay in thier faces and faking this so called fights. thought the readers here were not child minded to belive in such hype. this companies PR groups publissizes this kind of info to keep attention on them and to keep the followers glued on them. just look at this kind of info with a bit of common sense.

More than 99.99% of companies in world are copy-cats, only difference is delayed-copy ;) or not getting caught! Using knowledge of ex-TSMC employee for faster improvements in Samsung lab is not new thing for corporate world.
Also, if Apple has to produce enough quantity of i-products, they need large manufacturer support, and Samsung is one of the largest manufacturer of required components.

TSMC with 16nm suddenly able to make a 10nm process? That is a huge jump. Even Samsung in 14nm process haven't used 10nm yet. Or Samsung going to jump straight to 8nm or 6nm and give shame to TSMC. At that momeny when Samsung made a better process I will be like, "In your face Apple!".

Awaiting for Nokia come back/Kick-start Samsung is running on the top without future predictions i hope they know what happens if they continue this childsplay if are in this position today just because of Android entry and exit of Nokia brand,now its time for them to relook into retaining in the market.

On my own persfective: One of the major factors that affected these deal is because of the lawsuites that are currently on going between samsung and apple but i might be wrong it could go either way.
It might be apple itself that decided not to got for samsung or the other way around.

Now that is wierd. TSMC wanted to make 16nm arch. for sn820 and lost battle to Samsung snd now they want to make 10nm for apple?

Samsung is company with no real potential. All his succes just depends on Apple's steps and others. Samsung has money but this is not everything. Innovative spirit is needed. I see Sony and Apple as competitive companies. If they worked together it would be great. Sony needs to improve market management. Apple needs Sony for components as IPS and OLED displays and cameras. Samsung should just fade and stop steal the share in mobile world.

im glad Samsung have woken up and smelt the coffee. Everytime Samsung make a component for Apple. Apple sue Samsung. So common sense stop making stuff for Apple. And you wont have to keep paying Apple.
