Not too shabby HTC, always did like the A series design and merging it with the M seems like a no brainer. Not much of an audio guy I'll be satisfied as long as the speakers are clear and loud enough, everything else seems to be what is expected out of an 2016 flagship phone.

M9 is almost the perfect phone, hTC only needs a slightly better camera and screen to body ratio. I love everything else on it.
Seems camera 'problem' will be solved with this new 12MP UltraPixel camera in M10 but for god sake (or actually for your own sake hTC) leave the stereo speakers and move that hideous fingerprint sensor on the back or on the power button like Z5.

M7 best phone I have ever used, still works perfect, only froze once in 2.5 years. Only fault of the M9 was the chip, but that wasn't the fault of HTC. I skipped on getting the M9 because I had such high hopes for the M10. The specs have finally come together, great camera, great chipset and the HTC amazing build quality. But then they get rid of their biggest selling feature front facing speakers and put a silly fingerprint sensor in. So now the phone looks just like Samsung and Apple. No originality, plus the marketing group is non-existant, and the designers should be fired for following everyone else. Think it is my time for another company.

With the removal of the logo, it would have been good to reduce the size of the phone to 140mm. Keeping the same screen size as the A9 as that is plenty big enough for most.
The A9 is stunning - no question there. With a tweak to make a smidge smaller with max screen size - perfect

That was one of the big reasons I bought the M7. HTC had the market on this feature and now they are going to drop that. Unbelievable!! Well I guess if this is true, I will move on to something else. What a shame…

Try putting it against an Alcatel Idol 3, Moto X Pure, Nexus 6p, ETC.. then you'll see how outclassed the S6 Edge really is lol. It's still more than enough for the average user though i must admit.

They've copied Apple's iPhone design and used it on this, and they didn't really execute the fingerprint system placing very well either, and the lack of BoomSound speakers, to me, is a deal breaker. From an audiophobe's point of view, I see no real point of buying this phone over the Z5 Premium.
