Marshmallow update is now rolling out for the original Moto 360 too

A few days ago Google announced the latest version of Android Wear, 1.4, which is based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, along with the new features this will bring to a smartwatch near you. Then, shortly after that, we saw the rollout of the update commence for the second-generation Moto 360.

      I got my update this morning but I'm not real happy about it. My watchfaces now have a color hesitation that wasn't there before. So far every watch face I try appears black & white at first then will click into color. It never did that before the update.
      I'm usually just glancing at the watch throughout the day to quickly check the time or temp and this is annoying. The new gestures are no big deal to me so I wish I'd never loaded the update since it now spoiled what was a perfectly good display.

        I get the update today on my Moto 360 1º edition.

          Really amazed how Motorola is delivering updated and that too blazing fast. Would have my first preference of it would not have been Chinese. I wish Google should have retained Motorola or the original Motorola mobility have survived the market as BlackBerry have survived today.

            And there is Samsung who is supposedly working "closely" with Google and yet is unable to provide Marshmallow for it's phones !!
