Yes, I found same issue after updating marshmallow version, phone switch off automatically and hitting , and now i am dissatisfied with my phone,

I had same problem, Sony reloaded SW twice and third time, changed mother board but auto shut off problem continues. Only improvement is now I do not have to connect charger to power on, with switch on button it works

I was supposed to get one so I called authorized distributors and they assured that the units are working well. Ended up getting the Z5 instead, dont want to waste 20K for a problematic phone. Sigh.
