        The culprit is (by far) the screen. If you have a QHD or (god forbid) a 4K on your phone be prepared for ... good times...

          Does the spec paper really say 16/4 Mp ? If it really says 4Mp, then it's more likely to be a fake. Mid-range phones now have 5Mp in the front camera, even from Xiaomi in the last 2 years (Redmi Note, Note 2, & now Note 3). It's very unlikely now they release a flagship with only 4Mp instead.
          I say it's a fake spec.

            good. below 5.2 inch is best size. no point in providing QHD for normal phone size. 3000mah is enough for quadcore. i am not gamer but would love to keep such a powerful chip. now wait is only for approximate price in india.

In 2014/15, it made sense to stick to FHD when technology used to make other components (read SoC, display power draw etc) had not evolved adequately. We are in 2016, the technology has evolved (super fast SoCs, displays which require lesser power etc) to the extent that QHD is a must, if you are paying $600+ for a FLAGSHIP phone.

                FHD is fine for those who don't need them. Those people (including me) should bother about mid-range phones, not Flagship phones. We should not comment negatively about FLAGSHIPs if we don't need them or have any intention to buy them. Bottomline is - Technology has evolved, so should FLAGSHIPs which cost a fortune.

OEMs should rather work on improving the display quality like color accuracy, contrast level etc. instead of increasing the res.

                                    3000 mAh ??... are you serious??... how come redmi note 3 have bigger battery power than this xiaomi 5 ??.... how do you think the battery will last carrying full loaded memory of 32 gb with lots of apps running on the phone ??... 3000 mAh ??...
