I use the developer preview builds on my 925 (daily driver) and even though these builds are not optimized for this phone yet, and things are a bit sluggish, I wouldn't switch back to 8.1 due to all the missing features.
Regarding the ring+vibrate thing, I prefer it the way it is. I don't want to hear that vibrate sound for as long as the phone is ringing. Besides, I don't see any point in having continuous vibrate+ringing at the same time. If you have your phone in your pocket and you're in a noisy environment, you won't hear the ringing anyway, so keeping your phone on vibrate (no ringing) is the best option. But that's personal preference anyway.

AnonD-411799, 22 Feb 2016usally replying to a "Anonymous" is a waste of time. but fy... morefyi: Tinder, Grindr, various underground chat apps, silly games and funny apps - are all useless. Also, missing apps from the store are not Microsoft's fault. You should ask the app developers to create versions of their apps for Windows.

Also, the Xperia is smooth as long as you only use a couple apps at a time. Your L925 can handle much more than that, all lag-free. (I know, because I have a L925 as well)

AnonD-411799, 21 Feb 2016had bb gone for windows os, it would have been a disaster. ... moreAll your comments shows ur a windows hater rather than Android lover. I agree Andriod run smooth and improve performance only for high end mobile. What abt low budget and midranger Android phone which still sick with hanging problem after couple of month and then need to download and install OS. Finally I got 640 XL 4 month back and I am happy now. My Xperia is sleeping now. You may know a lot about Andriod but u sounds u dont know anything abt windows phone.

              Interesting HP phone!
A very great contender for the Galaxy S7 of Samsung.

Turned their business-grade phones into consumer-grade phones, thus failing to provide a stable and secure phone. They should have gone for Windows instead, as it provides better performance, stability, security, etc. than Android will ever be capable of.
