I purchased an oppo r5s about 3 month ago. First oppo, was using a LG G3 before. Zero costumer support and horrible software updates. Don't even bother.

Pethatic phone I have ever used. After 3 months of use network went off. After 5 trips they were finally able to fix. Then it VOOC charging went dead. Got that fixed as well. Then after 3 months of use VOOC charging went off again. I feel like trashing it.

Given the number 9 it would sugfest that it is a find 9 not r9 and also with the big screen and snapdragon 820 i think theres no doubt we will see a long awaited successor of find 7.

Medium-range specs? Is this a joke?
Perhaps read up about the new Samsung 7, with it's low-rated specifications - trying to retail for just under $1,000 Australian dollars.

if it has a removable battery, it'll win S7 & G5 because of the monstrous sepcs, but probably it will not happen in their metal uni-body.

Can Oppo flagship R9 be a serious rival for Vivo or even Samsung & LG? The specs sound good impressive like a true contender, especially it's VOOC fast charging. Just wondering about it's built quality, looking to upgrade to a phone with Snapdragon 820 Soc.

Looks like slowly (some) Chinese companies are coming out of "cheap crap" bracket. Good. Maybe it'll force "big dogs" to drop the prices too. Though if it's almost identical to iphone, then it probably won't leave Chinese market. Patents alert!
