Lots of Xiaomi phones in Ukraine. Prices seem adequate. But its not an official reseller, and never claimed to be.

Thanks to a certian local shop, Xiaomi phones are available here in Ukraine. Not officially from Xiaomi, though. I believe Xiaomi wants to follow this "semi-official" route since it saves them the trouble with localizing, servicing and certifying their phones. They don't spend any extra money, and the phones keep selling.

There must be some demand otherwise the grey importers wouldn't keep announcing these websites. Question is will the demand be large enough to sustain service centers.

It can't be Poland. All the Xiaomi phones don't support Polish language. They have webstore in Poland but don't do service.

The Mi5 may not reach European stores while the Chinese market is consuming all its production. Maybe next month along exportations to India ...

Xiaomi has not , until "beachhead" in EUROPE. Does not have partnerships with any retailers for direct sale. Best of all, as the author of the article, to check out no less than 3 independent sources, any "hearing".
But, admittedly, we all like Xiaomi, Lg, Sony, etc., are the main "players" in the market of these phones, in 3 months of the year.
I not presented it to Samsung, as they conceive especially, mean strictly to S7, and then advertising the phone, so pathetic. As jungi pray to retail, to sell you the phone...it's stupid..:)

Xiaomi has one problem that keeps them out of EU and USA, and that is they are not paying royalities for licenced products (HW and SW). so, untill they don't "fix" that, they won't be officially avaible at those markets.
