Android N is apparently known internally as New York Cheesecake

15 March, 2016
Previous Android versions like KitKat, Lollipop, and Marshmallow also had internal code-names.

Nougat gets my vote. After Marshmallow it seems the logical next step.

                        I agree with you !

The names have always been of something sweet. so NYC is good. but too long to be named as OS name....

Lijo George, 16 Mar 2016N = Noodles.....the most famous one across the planetNope, Nutella is the most popular desert which starts with N.

I really believe it is nutella. Cuz look in nutella name... It has black 'n' letter and red 'utella'. So definitely nutella. Personally never heard wtf is nougat and a lot of other people so nutella is well known name.
