Oppo Find 9 now rumored to be unveiled in June with 4K display

26 April, 2016
This is a device that was first talked about in early 2015, so it's clearly been a very long time in the making.

I wouldn't touch it. I have a find 7. Hardware is good, software is bad. Color OS is bloated and bug ridden, spectrum is half baked. 2 years to the day after releasing the product they will drop all support. Look on their forums - there are lots of dissatisfied customers.

Spike1, 27 Apr 2016I wouldnt trust a company that takes it forever to release ... moreYou are correct, about the updates. I have had the Find 7 since the beginning and I have only received 1 update to the Color Os in 2 years. Total shame they do not support it better. I have not had the audio on the turn by turn Nav for Google Maps work in over a year.

I am hard pressed to see any similarities between an IPhone and a Find 7. I would buy another flagship Oppo in a heartbeat, in fact I have held off buying a second ph, waiting for a Find 9. Unfortunately without any news from Oppo, and I mean ANY news, I don't see any reason to wait any more.

I completely agree with you on those series, but the Find and N series of Oppo are not Chinese knockoffs. Especially the Find series is known for it's breakthrough technology, and not as a Chinese knockoff.

This will be oppo's ultimate Chinese iPhone knockoff with no removable battery that resembles an iPhone down to every micron of accuracy.

In fact, oppo is just gonna buy an iPhone and relabel it into oppo and install ColorOS 3.0 or project spectrum in it

I really hope this has a 6 inch screen as I've been waiting for a 6 inch Oppo with at least a 2k screen. I have the Find 7a and I'm upgrading this summer.

A true flagship from Oppo, they might take a year or two to make `em, but this will have everything.

finally a proper flagship from OPPO.
They make some good phones but expensive and i was tired of seeing them launching devices with mediocre chipset and high-end prices

The find series is Oppo's best phone. If it can come in some type of IPS neo display, that'll be truly a blessing.

Find 5 is still a phone I really wanted, too.
