HTC User, 03 May 2016I pre-ordered my phone the day it came out. HTC email to me... moreI agree this is garbage. I preordered on the 12th(suppose to get it before anyone else) and now verizon customers will get it first? Only thing I can think of is that maybe Verizon said they will buy a ton of units as long as they get it first?

I pre-ordered my phone the day it came out. HTC email to me stated "That's why we're inviting you to an exclusive pre-order on htc.com, so you can get $100 off the new HTC and get it before anyone else." Now I see on Verizon's website that they are delivering 5/5/2016. Looks like it is about time for a class action law suit against HTC for false Advertising based on the marketing pre-order email I am sure Millions received.

A king smartphone. Build and feel speaks for itself.
There are always nit pickers with any and all devices but this Gem hits a sweet spot and a pleasure to have n hold.

Super weird right? I never thought that it would ... moreTrue that, they make the best unbiased reviews on my opinion and I think I'm going with the "10" this year, but I want to be absolutely sure first because it's a lot of money for me to spend on a phone, especially here in Argentina.
I've read that the 10 has some troubles with the camera that I'm sure are going to be fixed with some upgrades, other thing is that it gets warm under mid-heavy use and the last thing that I'm really concerned is the screen brightness despite the colours or anything else because of my work I am outdoors most of the time and I need to be able to read under direct sun light. Anyway, we'll have to wait.

Considering you get top of the line specs which you aren't gonna even use to 30% of it's potential, that's really a huge loss. Omg i have no words. Shame on you HTC... not.
