after a year staying with lollipop, i made up my mind today & update my vibe s1 to android M. i recommend it, just update to the android M, no issues if u hard reset it after updating to latest version. u will get better batery life, reduced heating problem, more ram, and almost all of the new features for Android M, works just fine. smooth like sunsilk. thanks Lenovo

I have a lenovo s1.But i doubt if im going to upgrade it to marshmallow..I don't know what to do..But i downloaded it's system update..If i upgrade it to marshmallow is there any problem?Or my phone will be damage

i have the same problem, but i was able to solve it but resetting the device. After i upgarde, i cant use my phone because the message always pops up so i hardreset the device- in off state, press power button and volume down, when a message comes up, press the power button again until you can see something chinese, then choose the one with "emmc" by navigating using volume button and power button as ok, then your phone will be reset, if you get stock during reset just long press the power button to turn the phone off, then turn it back on. hope this will help.
