Kickstarter star Nextbit Robin has been available through the company website for some time. Starting today, the phone will also be available through Amazon in the US.

      I can get a similarly-specced device from Xiaomi or Meizu for half the price. No deal.

          That's a pretty solid price for the phone. I won't go for it (never been interested in this phone) but I'm sure this deal will make a lot of others happy.

            This sounds like a move of desperation to clear inventory, marketing is zilts for robin and I guess that's the failure for traction.
