13 May, 2016
The dual-SIM variant of the device (SM-A800F) has received Wi-Fi Certification, and the listing clearly mentions it as running Android 6.0.

Anonymous, 13 May 2016Not correct, both J5 and J1 nothing. The 2015 J5 has a MM update as of 3 days ago, it just might take a week or so to reach all the markets. J1 is apparently in the works.
Please remember I am not a Samsung fan but I do check all info and try to help/correct.

AnonD-442781, 13 May 2016What are you talking about? Their flagship build quality is... moreAnd another thing. Your comment is based on your dislike of the 'Magic Slot' and your clear fanboy-ism of Samsung, that much is clear.
And before you reply calling me a fanboy, I actually own a OnePlus One.

AnonD-442781, 13 May 2016What are you talking about? Their flagship build quality is... moreI notice you missed the Huawei and HTC build. May I also point out you're comparing the newest Samsung vs the newest LG. I give you the S3. The phone that has melted it's own screen and set fire to bedspreads, globally.
The A series build quality surpasses the S by a mile. And is a more usable package on a day-today basis.

RC255, 13 May 2016I'm sorry but what? Your comment makes no sense. On top of... moreWhat are you talking about? Their flagship build quality is fine, and is great compared to the abysmal g5.

It has that horrible gap for the magic slot that is often uneven. Light bleed. The screen is cheap and thin, which you can see by pressing the screen hard and see it creates a distortion like cheap Chinese phones. White noise when you use a headphone for some units, the metal is covered by a thick layer (like 25%) of polimer and paint so it doesn't even feel like metal, etc.

Its absurd to even say its on the same level as Samsung, let alone saying its better. Its a complete disappointment in terms of build quality.

On top of that, you can not say this is a lie. At most, due to Samsung's history, you could say it is unlikely - at most. Personally, I don't see them not upgrading the popular 'A' class phones. They've done Samsung well so far, as have the 'J' class. The let down for Samsung is their flagship. Their build quality has let them down - for the price they ask - when compared to the likes of HTC, Huawei, LG.
