By the way, after the phone rebooted for the first time with Marshmallow, I turned it off and removed battery for some seconds. Then I started the phone again. Still working OK.

I have just updated my S5 New Edition to Marshmallow. I live in Uruguay and my model is G903M DS. Android version now reads 6.0.1, and baseband version is G903MUBU1BPD3. Everything seems to work fine, with excellent speed. Don't like the new icons :(

Samsung and Fido are Blatantly holding off on marshmallow for the s6 because no one will buy the s7 if they do.... so f-ing transparent.

received it on my g900f 10 days ago ... no exceptional differences just icons .. no touchwiz theme support as in E, A & S series .. limited customization on lock screen ... no good lock app support .. fingerprint sensor still leads to restarts every once & while.
BTW u better do a factory reset after update

My s5 got marshmallow a while ago too. It doesn't really feel much different but loving doze, and the fingerprint sensor is slightly better too.
