For everyone saying the edges are "copied" from iphone6, the curved edges actually came on HTC one m8 before the iPhone. The front does resemble a huawei phone.
No phone is exactly copied out there. They might look similar In some cases , still they are different. To come with a different design, someone must make an octagonal phone, but that doesn't help with the ergonomics.
Now there's no doubt why apple files a suit against Samsung cause even the people are dumb enough to say everyphone that releases is a copy of iPhone just because it has a home button on rounded edges.

HTC no home button , central camera , front facing speakers. Totally diff.
Nowadays, after iPhone released, soo many looks like it, DOWN to the app icons... omg.
