LG screwed those who wanted a mobile with removable battery and top specs by integrating a hell of a dim screen inside. The phone is hardly usable outside and even when you are indoor you will feel one hell of a headache trying to concentrate on this thing Lg calls screen. Time for them to start producing Super AMOLED. LCD is a dead tech.

I think you lost the track. When we can get S7 at 48k who would buy G5 for 52K? This time around you will end up selling G5 less than G4.
And by the way HTC 10 is also on the way...........

Mr. LG.. I am not sure what is your problem. I am a hardcore fan of LG. Now you are taking all disaster decisions :( , So Sad about it. No V10 in India, Okay still we thought wait for G5. Now such a big mistake. Not dual SIM ( I mean not dedicated second SIM. It is Hybrid Slot ).
If you consider India, most of the people use 2 sims. It is quite common for us. Now, if you release Hybrid SIM model in India, what is means either you dont care about the people choice or You dont have Idea what people are looking for. For now I dont have any other option. Quit LG phone for now :'( . I think I dont have any other option. I need to get Lg V10 from US, I will take risk and I will ask one of my friends to buy and send.
Might be this will be my last LG phone. If LG keeps doing same careless actions, no option either we need to switch to other brands or buy Old LG phones which were good and worth . If any LG person reads this message; I will share one suggestion, release dual sim + micro SD card model in India and show your interest.

LG is the maker and pioneer of the IPS displays...maybe you got to go to the dentist for your eyes problem...

Bought LG G5 and returned it after few hours. The display is super dim, nowhere close to the claimed 800 or 900 nits. I guess it's about 300/350 nits max at full manual brightness. Automatic won't give you more indoors so the phone is useless. Got Galaxy S7 instead and the screen is amazing.
Too bad of course, because except the display G5 looks great and there is a replaceable battery which was one of the main factors to buy it in the first place.
LG - stop using these crap IPS displays and move to AMOLED or try to use something similar to Sony's IPS, I've got Xperia Z5 Premium and it's IPS is much brighter than the crap in LG G5 (Max brightness on manual again).
Before you start screaming that the light burn your eyes - remember that we are all different and each got his own needs, I need an bright screen - yes, even indoors.
