i hope other OEM start to make new windows devices. windows mobile is in great shape now. it's bugfree and fast. everything that a user would love to experience with it's phone

When you say minimum requirement, it means anything below this requirement will not work (or will not work optimally). Saying that the minimum requirement is 9 inches means anything below this size will follow my first statement. Please check the wordings of the article. It's confusing.

Ok, that means we can edit, create new documents freely using microsoft office aps (word, Excel etc) in devices upto 9 inches. Good news for android tab users
