My Galaxy note 4 updated today and I've had nothing but problems. Been on the phone with Verizon almost 2 hours. Super weak signal strength now. Al picture albums renamed to camera - many many versions of camera. SD card issues now.... Not a Happy Camper at All

Tried to update note 4 sm 910v from 5.0.1 to 6.0 using Kies3 on Pc but it says my phone is up to date.Ota is not ut supported in our country how else can we get the update?

I tried to update here in the United States on the Verizon Network and it bricked the phone.
