Anonymous, 03 Jun 2016Since it is not yet clear whether the price is for the 4GB ... moreThanks for the list man. It's a great effort.

Look at ZUK and Xiaomi screaming 'bargain here' :D

But the best balance of quality and price goes to Axon 7. I am promoting this device to those with sub $500 and planning to buy this year. I think it only missed the IP rating(water/dust proofing) and a bit more mAh to the battery. Other than that, it's going all-out.

I learned that the Axon 7 was designed in collaboration with BMW Designworks. And it got sturdy backshell that you'll find a hard time bending it with both hands. Unlike that other bargain cookie.

Just forget Oneplus 3. It's a double disappointment.

        too expensive
not to mention there s no more hype for the devices

PS. Spent 300$ on my OP1 64GB, and it was a good deal considering Sammy or Apple prices were double (2 years ago). Now @455$ i think they're just day dreaming.

well they better hope this phone doesn't end up being one plus killer than flagship killer

coz this is their last chance

lets see how they will price one plus 3 but it seems like they are going to screw pricing.

Whoever comes up with these 'ideas' need to lose their job, quickly. Whilst the invite system was brilliant in terms of raising hype the first time round, it ultimately sucked. With this, it fails comprehension. The phone is to be released in less than 2 weeks and they don't know the final price? Basically their 'flash sale' is not a sale at all and is just 'the first customers to buy this phone may end up paying more and getting the difference back at some point later'. The point of that is what? It isn't a hype raising stunt like the invites (initially). It isn't actually a sale. It is - again - ultimately pointless.
Another thing, $455 does not sound like a sale price to me. It sounds like it's what the full price should be, or are OnePlus losing their way already? 'Flagship killer' or 'just another flagship'?

Since it is not yet clear whether the price is for the 4GB or the 6GB version or if the final price could turn out higher. But for a teased floating price of RMB 2,999 ($455) it is not the best but not the worst either.
