I also am of the opinion that the LeEco logo looks better. About the OS, it might be annoying because of the Le ecosystem (ad platform), but for what you are paying and what you are getting, it is a worthy compromise. Also, it might take some time before the OS is optimized.

RMN3 offers SD card support (replace Sim 2) where Le2 don't.
RMN3 has bigger battery 4kmAH where Le2 has 3KmAH (but charge faster).
I am suggesting wait for aome online reviews of Le2(with SD652), then decide, but in my opinion go for Le2. Choice is urs

i am not very fond of their UI , plus their design is just OK , internals are very good tho .If devs release custom roms for this these devices then they sound a like an awesome deal
