They increased the screen resolution but didn't improve cpu and gpu enough to compensate. Ipad 2 practically ran better than ipad 3. And ios 10 update cutoff both ipad 2 and 3 at same time.

                            Am I the one who thinks it's look like a Windows Phone with those dark theme? And also I notice with the new iOS 10 that some of it's icons are derived from Windows Phone
