Anonymous, 26 Jun 2016you know the euro fell vs the dollar on a percentage basis ... morethat is incorrect. Pound felt to both euro and dollar, so it is impossible that euro felt more than pound against dollar. Though euro understandably felt because this stupid vote not only impacts British economy, but as well EU economy, especially like France, Germany, Ireland, Denmark, Netherlands .

Anonymous, 26 Jun 2016you know the euro fell vs the dollar on a percentage basis ... moreIf that was the case then why has the pound fell to the euro? Before 1 euro was worth 70p, now its worth 81p. 81p!

I do not think that they will leave EU, but if... England will leave alone may be with Wales. Scotland and northern Irland support EU and if everything go as it is now, there is huge chance that both scots and n Irish conduct voting to leave uk and stay in EU imho

If you are happy that scottland will 'make a wall between UK' its ok. Not sure what will happen with ireland. There was a talk about London as wel. But im pretty sure, London will stay there. British people were blind. They only knew what they will get good, but not what they will have to lose. Im 100% sure, if there was a second referendum, UK would stay. Yiu can see already how fell pound currency, just wait what will happen next.

It's going to be great if Brits have to apply for Schengen visas. Also welcome to the non-EU queues at the airport.

EU cooperation is basically a US/UK project. So UK leaving the EU will not affect the UK.
The main inters and partners of UK are outside EU.

AnonD-376219, 25 Jun 2016Remain what? remain to be controlled by the corporation cal... moreLol. The UK wasn't being controlled by the EU. You clearly know nothing about the EU or the UK's relationship with it. No wonder so many people voted to leave.

They just had a bunch of basic laws to allow the economies to integrate themselves better and allow free trade to work. Samsung is considering leaving because those very things are at stake and Samsung wouldn't be able to effectively use London as their European HQ anymore.

This uncertainty to currency depreciation and credit ratings turning poor for not only the short term but the medium term too. This means prices will go up for most goods, including necessities like petrol.

The average leave voter probably has no idea about this. All they thought about was some paranoid, misguided thoughts on EU laws and immigration. No concern for the actual impacts of leaving.

mumps, 24 Jun 2016Well next year probably there will be referendum in other e... moreThere won't be, there is no such provision in most constitutions and most countries are pro EU anyway. Since Thatcher UK was anti EU , it was time they got themselves removed. I think everybody will be happier for it. A weaker England (scotland and north Ireland will secede) and a more powerful Europe as most companies move to the content or Ireland. In the long run -believe me- everybody is happy of this, England was always playing dirty with their opt outs and nationalistic BS.

Austria may be next, but the rest don't have a majority of nationalists, not even close. Even Front Nationale (Marise Le pen's party) never gets more than 30% in people's preferences. It's the same regressive 30% that every country has. UK (and maybe austria) have a regressive majority so we'll be fine without them.

UK will suffer now, and be used as an example. Scotland is welcome to stay in the EU because they aren't arrogant ignorants and progress comes from cooperation, not from separation. It's not 1916 any more. Good luck to UK balancing between EU, Russia, China, and USA. Alone.

So, no more uk fans queueing for Samsung future flagship huh?
