Better to believe if they show the revenue tax of sales in the chinese govt. If only on company of vivo they can be say that for marketing strategy.

I used to think this is a chinese crap company but my oh my I was shocked when I layed hands on vivo v3max. Incredible built quality and runs liquid smooth. We also have a vivo x5max which is a world class product right there with companies like sammy. Lg. Htc and apple. Those who are saying vivo makes bad phones.... they have never actually used a vivo phone.

250k? That's actually nothing, considering it's China. Plus, how many of them are actually bought by end users, not just resellers?
Having said that, Vivo phones are actually not bad (minus Android updates). They are quite aggressive in SE Asia. Pricing wise, they are cheaper than the likes of Huawei, but not as cheap as Xiaomi. Spec per spec, Xiaomi still gives more bang for the buck, if it's available in your country, that is.
Also important to note, Vivo is a brand. The parent company is the same as OPPO and OnePlus. So they know how to make things.

Sleek rectangle With smooth curved sides, and symmetrical. But I don't like the ugly antenna bands of iPhone, nor the ios, because I born independent in an independent country and like freedom. As I like the iPhone 6 design, I also liked the HTC A9 back design except for the camera location, it should be below the antenna strip. HTC A9 back design is totally copied from iPhone 6, but refined, much smoother and much beautiful.
All this means that if someone unbiased like iPhone design doesn't necessarily mean he crave for iPhone and wanted to be a sheep and will always justify apple's every decision and brag about ios updates. He just love a beautiful design and want an android phone with Same design and some refinement.
BBy the way, I wanted HTC 10 to be look like A9.

Because vivo is well-known brand.it does not lagg like sammy and much faster than iPhone.but the problem is lack OS update,old Android with is lollipop,clone Apple copied.the rest of it is very good because it has one of the best Audio while htc10 is the best.the camera is not let down but cant compete with flagship.ui is good also RAM management,price is cheaper,battery is above average.I had a v3 max and it is very good

Of course, but that latest ios version (after 3 years) will have same features or less with which this device was shipped. Android is more about a meaningful software experience rather than meaningless software update, which will force isheep to upgrade lol. And by the way, most bang for the buck oems like Xiaomi and letv last as much as iPhone, let alone the Vivo and Oppo.
And coming to the topic, I would say I'm not surprised by this phones success, although I think it is a bit overpriced, because snapdragon 652 is head to head with last years flagship processors. But I was surprised by how popular Oppo phone was, because it was pricier than this and still using crappy helio p10. Even I couldn't believe people was so found of it.
But what a shame, both phones are totally copied from iPhone, even the camera blug. But for a positive note, looks better than iPhone. Finally, all (Oppo Vivo and Apple) are premium midRangers.
