Can someone tell me why this is news? Software outsourced to Ideal Shenzhen, outdated specs and ridiculously overpriced device with rubbish inbox accessories. What a rip off...

            $600 for a SD801 phone? Original backers must not be pleased, but at least they get a unique yet several years outdated overpriced phone

              At least no Freedom $4 phone level but if people paid for the extra stuff as well, and if it was promised during the backing of the project, then it's just like buying it and not receiving.
              Definitely a scam, they really should just return part of that money if it's not what they promised.
