Microsoft is currently running a promotion where-in it's offering a discount of up to $500 on select PCs, including Alienware 15 Touch Signature Edition Gaming Laptop, HP Spectre x360 13-4193nr Signature Edition 2 in 1, and Dell XPS 15 9550-0000SLV Signature Edition Laptop.

ok, the only 500 USD discount is on initially overpriced Alienware i7 laptop, which was priced 2500 USD, and is now costs "just" 2000 USD. The rest is so so.
