Purported Meizu Smartwatch photos surface, possible unveil on August 10

A square retail box carrying Meizu branding has surfaced on Chinese microblogging platforms suggesting the company is preparing to ship a smartwatch soon. On top of that, a number of purported photos of the Meizu smartwatch itself have surfaced.

      Problem with ALL of these non Pebble smart watches is that the adverts are deceptive - the display is off 100% of the time until you flick the watch or press a button. The whole thing about a dress watch, that these product shots imply, is that the watch face is part of the design.

              I hope it's running Android Wear OS, and not some proprietary OS from them.
