Forums about windows Mobile (Phone) always are full of people writing about apps or games or rather lack of them. I'm asking why? Because those people pretty much never use Windows on a phone...
For majority ( lets say 80%) users windows has enough aps and features. what is the problem then? But people don't mention idiotic Pokémon-go please!
I used and use various mobiles and operating systems and my favourite is still my HUGE L1520.

What of IOS which is the same category with Android interms of Apps but still it's much smooth and lag free than Anroid!! As for windows OS am contended with the Apps that are there and am never short of doing what I have to do. So dude it depends with your needs!! Am not a kid to be crying about Apps or games. I just wish you could try windows 10 now and see how mature the OS is now!!!

Oh, and for your information, the S4 was officially update to the Android Lollipop.
