Unfortunately the price will likely be higher due to India's import taxes.

Quadrooter is a Qualcomm issue. It's because of the SoC used that the Android devices that use them are vulnerable. However, 3 of the 4 vulnerabilities are already patched, and Google has a built in app on Android phones that prevent this vulnerability.
