I did a five minute Google search yesterday, and found where various models of recent exploding iPhones have burned numerous little children, sending them to hospital... basically incinerated a bicyclists leg, and nearly caused an air disaster on an Alaskan Airlines flight carrying 163 people. That last incident having been just last month. When I get time, I'm putting together a file to send to the CPSC.

The issue is not with the phone, but with 0.0024% (1 in 42,000) of the Korean-made batteries. The next shipment will have fixed that issue. You can safely ignore the media circus that has grown up around the recall. If I were you, I'd preorder now to avoid additional waiting.

I just charge my phone overnight. This isn't an issue for me. In any case I plan on getting the AirPods, yeap they're cool, call me a sheep if you want I just like them!

Do you know how many millions of people between at least the 4 and 4s alone let alpine at least some of the 5 were left with malfunctioned wifi and Bluetooth?????
You had to be under warranty to have it fixed and you were lucky even then to get it replaced. And they never actually admitted it or did anything to fix it.
All those people were just swept under the rug with the issue like it never existed

But you won't be able to charge your phone and use your earbuds at the same time, as your charger and earbuds uses the same port... Good going Apple! Once again Apple, you have trapped your fans into thinking that spending unnecessary money on adapters and accessories because of proprietary equipment, is the coolest thing since sliced bread!

They ... moreWell, there is no point to explain the fan boys about Samsung's effort and how Samsung really listen to its customer rather than making unilateral decision. Although I have to accept that not many people found Samsung Customer Support experience good.
So far I have been happy with all the Samsung Products I have owned, but I always compare and try to get the best available.
This is something that the competitor will jump on it, and will try to bring the Samsung down. As they say, accepting a fault is not ones weakness, rather its his strength and honesty.

They could have just stayed quiet about it, and keep selling. But Sansung was respoisible enough to sacrifice sales/profit and its reputation in order to serve customers better. Apple fanboys which are "brain washed", are making just a big deal about it. But when it was Antenna Gate, or Bent Gate they just let it pass by and Apple trying to make headlines on the other hand just to shadow the issue. When i talk about ''brain wash" is that they change the name on something thats already years old and to their fanboys its innovation. Can anyone tell me something new that apple have made in the last 3 years besides the apple watch? bc i can tell that Samsung have made a ton of devices that work with their ecosystem like Gear Vr, Gear 360, Gear s smart watch series, Gear Fit, Gear Icon X (just wondering where the air pods innovation came from). so, apple fanboys are years behind technology like the best screen display, camera (which finally apple got an upgrade after 5 years) , Samsung pay with Magnetic Secure Transmission, Wireless charging , Fast Charging, Usb type 3 ( the new standard), Iris scanner which works great, real water proof, spen with 4096 precision touch (not 2 like 3d touch gimmick). And the most beautiful phone design ever created... so in conclusion Samgung Note come from the future. Apple, come from the past. Apple fanboys live inside a box, cool people outside the box. :)

'How to tell if your Galaxy Note7 will explode'. This article actually exists. Samsung, you've outdone yourselves this year. Thanks for all the laughs. Can't wait for my 7 Plus to ship. It doesn't have an S Pen but I can charge it and not have an extinguisher around.
