I believe samsung did the great job by recalling all the faulty handsets. Since they want to give best to their consumers therefore they are trying much better to resolve issues and replace the handset with fixed issues.

Serves greedy arrogant $amsung right for rushing poor quality phones to market with overheating batteries, processors, etc. Not to mention the laggy bloat of the Touchwhiz layer... no wonder the phones can't handle it.
