If you are looking for a useable phone, go to Apple. Apple is keen in using Human Center Design compare to Samsung that tries to incorporate all the things they think will make the phone "looks cool" but with questionable quality...
Before - selling a plastic phone in a premium price
Now - selling a curve phone with life-threatning battery
Yeah, Samsung really is a good standard.

Samsung devices are the best and Note 7 is the Top of the Line.
Believe me. I have used all devices and Apple does not come close. Iphone 7 has still the obsolete LCD display with poor resolution. Only the Americans are nostalgic about it.
Wake up Apple!! give us some thing new, improved and innovative. Otherwise Samsung will wipe you out like Blackberry.

This problem will only make SAMSUNG more stronger than ever come 2017, experience is the best teacher!!!!!!!!! Tesla cars burned like hell and even killed some people, but that didn't stop Tesla from being TESLA No 1 Electric car manufacturer......this battery fiasco will only make Samsung even more formidable as they will try to improve on their already excellent devices

Sony's burning VAIO laptops and Toyota's major recall that killed 4 people was far worse. Samsung is richer than both Sony and Toyota right now BEFORE their recalls. Don't underestimate the giant conglomerate Samsung really is. They don't just make phones and TVs.

There were fatalities that caused the recall while Samsung never had any. Toyota's image recovered. People are fickle.
Galaxy Note8 and foldable displays will help Samsung's brand recover. You also need to understand Samsung manufactures almost anything. Your iPhone right now has Samsung components inside it like the storage. They can leave the mobile industry and still be fine. This doom and gloom talk is hilarious.

Before you resume sales in any country, you had to provide safe versions for the exchange process to all the countries that you sold the faulty ones. I was waiting for the exchange, but now i will switch to another brand

And it's not just the note series that will suffer from this incident I'm afraid the whole samsung brand will suffer from the incident. Fanboys will deny it but every sensible person on earth including samsung employees are saying it caused great harm to the brand reputation.
