what I was saying is that Samsung phones should be snappier, according to the hardware inside, and are not because of TouchWiz, which is not as fast as it could be, not even in 2016.
and btw, I have an One Plus 3.

This is quite obvious that if Android have any native support for the features like Finger Print, Multi Tasking, Split Screen, Restart option, etc. then these features will require less codes to be build for Touchwiz. That's the only reason touchwiz is getting more and more lighter and smoother.
It's good for the Samsung and the user.

It's an other Samsung's UI, which imo is much better than Touchwiz or Grace.
