C : metallic A series.
On : replacing unexplainable E series, thus also unexplainable ( both in terms of position in lineup, and in terms of that ugly "on" moniker.

There is no way this phone will have 6GB Ram, not with the SD652. But maybe it will have the 652-refresh called 653, which will support 6GB Ram.
