LG V20 goes up for pre-order in the US on October 2 [Updated]

The date is at least true for the unlocked version of the phablet, carriers may begin pre-orders later.

But Samsung has now discontinued the Note 7 altogether. Evidently, they wanted to get this phone out to immediately compete with the iPhone 7...but they didn't do their due diligence with developing a trouble-free device. Actually, I admire them for taking it completely out of service. But with they're popularity and sales it won't hurt them much. People have short memories.

        This is why Samsung and Apple are 1 and 2. They don't play around, they get their products out and with Samsung they have already sent out their replacements. LG is still sitting around not saying a word about the LG V20, so people get tired of just waiting for some info about the date the phone is released or anything period.

          There are things about the V20 - such as the quad dac - that I find irresistible. Clove Technology are saying that they will import it for UK customers, so I have registered my interest with them.

                Come on LG,,,, is this not the perfect opportunity to launch when the note 7 is having problems..... I am fed up and will buy the Note 7 or V20 which ever launches first in the UK.... really wanted the V20, for the removable battery and the note 7 for the S pen...

                      It is nice to see that LG is going to be selling it unlocked for the get go, too often does Samsung and LG only sell their devices through carriers.
